Equation

As printed (Fig. 2a, Table 1 (S2))

Bf = exp(−2.0074) × Dn^1.7761 × H^0.3650; Table 1, S2 Fuste: β10 −2.007449, β11 1.776093, β13 0.364976

In this library's units, ready to compute (kg)

Stem biomass = exp(-2.007449) * D^1.776093 * H^0.364976
D
Diameter at breast height (1.3 m), cm
H
Total tree height, m

System S2 (Eq. 7-10, B = exp[β0] × Dn^β1 × H^β2) fitted by GMM. Table 1 labels the H exponents β13, β23, β33 (read as β12, β22, β32). Table 1 prints the twig-and-leaf intercept β30 as 2.07281 (no minus) while Fig. 2c prints exp(−2.0728); the negative sign is used because the positive one gives hundreds of times the observed biomass. Adjusted R2 (not stored): stem 0.9704, branches 0.9476, twigs with leaves 0.9294, total 0.9802.
