Equation

As printed (Table 6, model TM1, p. 10)

ln(Y) = ln(a) + b(lnD) + Ɛ TM1 – 1.740 ± 0.168 (– 2.074 to − 1.405) 2.289 ± 0.059 (2.172 to 2.406)

In this library's units, ready to compute (kg)

Aboveground biomass = exp(-1.740 + 2.289 * ln(D))
D
Diameter at breast height (1.3 m), cm

Model 1 (D only); the authors suggest it gives lower uncertainty than the D+H model when height must itself be estimated. Total aboveground biomass is the sum of stem, branches (min. 3 cm) and foliage, so leaves are included. The printed intercept is ln(a); no back-transformation correction factor is stated in the paper and none is applied. TM1 to TM3 are the three AGB models the paper fits; all are included. R² is the printed R-square (94.81 %) as a fraction. Table 3 prints the same equation without exp(): Y = – 1.740 + 2.289 ln(D), where Y is ln of biomass. n = 120 sampled trees (Methods p. 3, Table 3), but Table 5 heads the total-AGB column 'n = 84', so the fitted n may be 84.
