Equation

As printed (Section 2.2, Eq. 5)

ln AGB = β0 + β1 ln D + β2 ln H (5)

In this library's units, ready to compute (kg)

Aboveground biomass = exp(-2.1004 + 1.8594 * ln(D) + 0.4370 * ln(H)) * 1.109005
D
Diameter at breast height (1.3 m), cm
H
Total tree height, m

D in cm, H in m, AGB in kg, natural log (the paper defines ln as natural). Back-transformed with the modified smearing estimate exp(Xb) cf1 cf2 (Eq. 11); cf1 and cf2 are as printed in Table III and applied as their product. Fit ranges are the pooled data (Table I overall; the text says height from 1.47 m while Table I says 0.32 m, so no h_min given). rse is the RMSE column for the log models. In Eq. 9 the text labels the quadratic coefficient β3 but Table II lists it in the third parameter column.
