In this library's units, ready to compute (kg)

Aboveground biomass = 0.1568 * (H * D^2)^0.8613
H
Total tree height, m
D
Diameter at breast height (1.3 m), cm

Fitted by maximum-likelihood non-linear regression with a variance function, no back-transformation. Table 5 column "R2" is stored as r2. Total AGB is the sum of stump, stem, branches, twigs and leaves, so foliage is included. Wood density WD is the tree's sample-disc basic density (g/cm³).

where Y is the volume (m3 tree−1) or biomass (kg tree−1); WD is wood basic density (g cm−3); a, b, and c are model parameters to be estimated.
