Equation

All but C. jamacaru: 0.0612*(DBH*H)1.5811 R2 0.9478

In this library's units, ready to compute (kg)

Aboveground biomass = 0.0612 * (D * H)^1.5811
D
Diameter at breast height (1.3 m), cm
H
Total tree height, m

Table 2 prints each equation as a*DGL^b or a*DBH^b with the exponent as superscript (flattened here with ^). Biomass is oven-dry aboveground plant biomass in kg (Table 2 title), diameters in cm. Wood dried at 60 C. Plants were cut at the base and the stump was included in the weighed biomass. Perimeters were converted to diameters assuming a circular shape; for branching below measuring height, branch areas were summed into one equivalent diameter. DGL is stem diameter at ground level, mapped to DRC. Group equation; n not stated for the group and left out. H is total plant height (m), including the stump.
